Wargaming breaks

Come and enact any Napoleonic Battle in the period 1813 – 1815 (yes that includes Leipzig), using fully painted 15mm Armies from our stock of over 30,000 figures.

Not quite La Haye Sainte but this beautiful French farmhouse in Southern Burgundy not only provides excellent accommodation and board but incorporates a restored barn as a Wargame room.

The set–up is simple :

We offer a computer moderated set of rules, 'Follow The Eagle'. All necessary support and back–up is provided on site; adjudicators (Dave or Rob - pictured right), someone to work the machine, play aids etc. You come up with the plans and move your troops.
Any Napoleonic battle in the period 1813 – 1815 is possible (yes that includes Leipzig), using fully painted 15mm armies from our stock of over 30,000 figures.
The table and terrain are supplied, the table size can be varied to suit the battle. The basic size is 20’ x 6’.
With vineyards, chateaux, shopping (Paris and Lyon both under 2 hours), golf and horse riding close by, partners may wish to come too.

The house sleeps 10-12. Prices from £600 (weekend) - £1800 (week high season). The wargaming room is also available without the above should you wish to bring your own figures, terrain and other equipment.
