Janice Barnett, whose dream became the really big dream company
Janice Barnett is a coach, team builder, entrepreneur, writer (www.theythoughtitwasallover.com) and trainer with a lifelong passion for personal development and an unrelenting desire to turn her dreams into realities. Previously a diplomat working in international law enforcement she left this to set up her own coaching practice (www.pathfinderscoaching.net) specialising in career and change management. In 2008 Janice turned her energies to developing a creative arts and activity centre in Burgundy where she now lives.
She is now able to successfully combine her dream of the perfect ‘day job’ with her other loves; organic gardening, walking, stained glass and writing. She produces her own blog http://thereallybigburgundydream.blogspot.com and regularly contributes articles on life in France to Expatica.com and French Entrée.
Mark Bradburn, who dreamed of renovating and maintaining an old property, running his own archery range and riding around on motor bikes.
Mark, by his own admission is a ‘Petrol Head’ and has driven a vast array of vehicles in his time from a battle tank on MOD Porton ranges to a Class 1 articulated truck on the Formula 1 circuit, from a fork lift to a Harley Davidson. He now heads up Burgundy Bike Breaks and enjoys sharing with others the wonderful and diverse roads this region has to offer the biking enthusiast.
Mark has been a keen archer for many years and competed for South Wilts Archery Association. He has experience in both field and target archery and is a qualified archery instructor. He brings this experience and enthusiasm to our on site range where he now coaches novice archers.
In his spare time Mark relaxes by walking. He is happiest when the walking is hard and challenging. His current aspiration is to tackle the Eiger in 2011.
